I ordered and read Anne Baley's short e-book, giving hints and tips for what parents, sitters, older siblings and grandparents can offer for the kids in their lives to do when they hear that inevitable chorus of "We're booorrrrreeddd! What can we do?"

Baley offers activities for rainy days or for when the kids have worn out their summer vacation excitement. She also explains that the activities she offers aren't expensive, which definitely offers me some financial relief when I'm looking for fun activities I can do with the children in my life.

We're still working our way through some of the activities, but for the few rainy days we've had here in the drought-stricken Southwest, I've sent a silent "thank you!" to Ms. Baley.
Didn't find it helpful at all.
This book is fantastic! There are so many useful ideas. It gives detailed instructions about how to do each project and they're simple to follow and really fun for kids. I have 4 year old twins and with every activity they've tried, they've loved them. There are activities for all levels of kids, and to be honest, as a parent, I had fun too. I definitely recommend this book.
